Mission Statement
Our mission is to prevent delinquency by redirecting vulnerable children and youth toward productive behavior and away from the juvenile justice system; to provide information and referral by maintaining a wide spectrum of resources for children and families; to provide community education in order to increase the understanding of youth delinquency, and to provide child advocacy for children who have had incidents of substantiated abuse or neglect.
